Senior Product Manager

LOCATION: MINNEAPOLIS, MN, USA
COMPANY: CLOUDBURST, SBC

Hone Your Craft. Love Your Life.

Cloudburst is a Twin Cities, Minnesota technology development company whose product-focused services and success-based payment model are making entrepreneurial expertise and quality technology accessible to non-technical startup founders of all backgrounds.

We are growing along with our clients and are hiring a full-time Senior Product Manager as a key member of our Product Development team.

We understand that bulleted lists of skill requirements and characteristics can prevent qualified people from applying. If our mission resonates with you, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role

The senior product manager role is for an experienced individual to lead product ideation, feature development, client communications, marketing, market research and strategic insight for major Cloudburst clients.

You’ll come up with new digital products and iterate and improve on existing ones.

You will listen to client requests and prioritize them based on resources, deadlines and budgets. You’ll also be fearless and educate clients when their requests don’t serve the best interests of the end-users and the market.

In an ideal scenario, clients will leave you alone because you know every inch of the product and are obsessed with making it better. In other words, the client will give you complete latitude to do what you think is best; you essentially serve as a partner and unofficial employee of the client.

This is not a purely technical product role, nor is it a product marketing role. It’s definitely not a “project manager” role.

We’re looking for somebody who can do it all, from talking to an engineer one minute to collaborating with a non-technical client the next.
